Aiste Miseviciute has graced the covers of the world's leading fashion magazines, including Vogue and Numéro. She has also worked for various international editions of Vogue, Elle and Marie Claire and has featured in ad campaigns for Givenchy and Christian Lacroix perfumes, as well as for numerous other luxury and fashion brands.
Her fashion modeling career began shortly after high school, when she left her native Lithuania to pursue opportunities in Paris, London and New York. Not content to be just a beautiful face, she studied for a business management and finance degree in Paris at the same time.
She began her blog, a fusion of insightful commentary and mouth-watering photos, while modeling in New York. Covering gastronomic food and restaurants,the initial tagline was "Who says models don't eat?" in response to skeptics who wondered how she stayed so skinny.
She has since stopped modeling, but not blogging, nor indulging her love of fine cuisine. Her travels have taken her around the world, in search of the most unique and remote restaurants in Europe, Asia and the Americas. As passionate about culture as she is about food, Aiste speaks 5 languages and has a particular appreciation for Japanese culture and traditions.
