Alexander Bruszt was born in Sydney, Australia in 1983. He was signed by a talent agency at the age of 16 only. In 2011, he went on to book a guest-starring role in the Australian soap opera "Home and Away" starring in 3 episodes of the show.
His life changed in early 2015, when he competed in 'Search for a Star' Contest. He was one of the 300 actors to have auditioned for a role of Fynn Thompson and in the end, he ended up beating the two finalist contestant and winning the 13 week contract role. He debuted on the show in the month of November 2015, and in the same month, it was announced that his contract had been extended and that he will be staying on the show.
