Anastasia Phillips - Biography

Anastasia Phillips was born on September 8 in Toronto, Canada. She is the daughter of Mark Filipczuk, a psychiatrist, and her late mother Janina, a pharmacist and fertility specialist from Poland. She has two sisters and is of Polish and Venetian ancestry. She graduated from Branksome Hall, a private girls school in Toronto, where she was Prefect and Valedictorian. She played Cyrano de Bergerac in her final year, and despite going to university to study philosophy, landed in the theatre department and earned her BFA. Upon graduating, she played Anne Frank at the Stanely Theatre in Vancouver, and launched her stage career as an actress.

She has played leading roles in the critically acclaimed television series "Bomb Girls," as well as the Steven Speilburg produced series "Lucky 7" based on the British version of the Syndicate. She resides in Santa Monica California and is the voice of IKEA for Canada.
