Andrea Doven - Biography

Andrea Doven was born and raised in New york City into a show business family. Her Father, Robert Morse, actor of stage and screen and mother Carole D'Andrea, dancer in the original West Side Story Broadway stage and film. She spent her life working in the theater industry. At 17 she was one of 30 chosen amongst 3000 auditions for one of the most prestigious 4 year acting conservatory programs in the country. At 25 yrs old Andrea decided to put her acting career on the shelf and accepted a job opportunity assisting Tom Cruise. It was the smartest decision as she quickly moved to the top and ran his company for nearly 20 years. Over those years she ran the day to day operation of Tom Cruise's company, single-handedly handled all human resource related functions, provided logistical support for the artist/producer engaged in film productions around the world. This involved an abundance of international travel, location establishment, hiring and management of all personnel, and daily coordination with all business management and PR professionals. Andrea is best known by any/all who have worked for or with her as someone who can "make the trains run". She can make them run in any industry or organization she joins.

In 2005 after giving birth to her remarkable son, Lance Doven, she accepted an executive position at a tech company as the VP Human resources.

Andrea is a hardworking, dedicated, organized Executive with excellent leadership, administrative, and problem solving skills and an extraordinary record of establishing and effectively managing/handling personnel at any level, (excellent people skills). Andrea has the ability to pick up and learn what is needed/wanted in any industry/work environment and quickly becomes the one everyone depends on. She has become an effective integral part of any organization she is a part of.

To this day she is called upon by professionals in a variety of industries to help them hire and place qualified employees in their organizations.
