Antonio was born in 1987 in Worcester, England to Italian parents Antonio and Emanuela. Both children of immigrants from the south of Italy who settled in the UK during the 1960s. Brought up in Kidderminster, Worcestershire and attended Bromsgrove school where he excelled in Rugby as well as Singing and acting. in 2003 he moved away from the west midlands and his participation in any sport to pursue a career in performance. He moved onto Hurtwood House to guide him towards his acceptance into the prestigious RADA in 2005. Since graduating he has appeared in the west end several time in productions such as "A View From The Bridge" starring Mary Elizabeth Mastrantonio, Ken Stott and Hayley Atwell and most recently the Royal Shakespeare Company's hit show "Matilda". He will next be seen sharing the screen with Rob Lowe in Sky's "Apocalypse Slough.
