Tiny (5'1"), but buxom and shapely blonde bombshell April Adams was born on January 2, 1975 in Cleveland, Ohio. April started out in the adult entertainment industry working as a stripper. Adams eventually decided to move to Los Angeles, California in order to pursue a career in porn.
