Aria Pullman - Biography

Born in Marietta, GA, and raised in Upstate New York, Aria attributes her love of music and composition to her unorthodox upbringing on Hopi Farm, a commune in Coxsackie, NY, from the ages of 2-12. After being discovered by a local photographer, Pullman was initially signed to Ford Models New York at the age of 17. She began working runways in New York, Osaka, Miami, and Milan. She has modeled for prestigious fashion houses such as Carolina Herrera, Black Label Ralph Lauren, Roots Canada, and Tahari. as well as worked with notable photographers Patrick McMullen, Clay Patrick McBride, Eamon Gillen, Chris Lutrell, Gregoire Alessandrini, Jonathon Ressler, Carter B. Smith, and Alexis Biasio. Covers include Bride's Magazine, Modern Bride, Newsweek, Riviere, Bridal Guide, and Wedding Style. Other publications she has appeared in include Maxim, GQ, Self, Fitness, Glamour, and Cosmopolitan. Pullman's first dance solos came while attending the Catskills Dance Theater and performing in original pieces by choreographer, Sabine Starr. Concurrently, she also regularly attended the New York Baroque Dance Company and Summer Performing Arts Workshops at the Woodstock Playhouse in Woodstock, NY. Notable performances include Proctors Theatre's production of The Nutcracker with the New York City Ballet, the lead role of Adelaide in Guys and Dolls in various theater troupes throughout the Catskill Region, as well as supporting roles in A Funny Thing Happened on The Way to the Forum, Hello Dolly!, The Matchmaker, and A Midsummer Night's Dream. Aria began a career in commercial and theatrical acting and soon made the migration west to Los Angeles to continue her studies through The Actor's Workshop, Upright Citizens Brigade, and private coaching. With many television appearances under her belt (Lucifer, Rescue Me, Once Upon A Time, Life, Jane The Virgin, Revenge, CSI: Miami, All My Children, Girl Meets World), as well as appearances in film (Jersey Boys, Life's an Itch, One Last Thing, The Hoax, HellRide ).
