Asia Monet Ray is an African American, Mexican/Filipino beauty, born August 10, 2005. The triple threat Dancer, Actress, Singer and Television personality began her rise to stardom at the age of 5, but started dancing and performing at the age of 2yrs. Asia Monet appeared on Abby's Ultimate Dance Competition as the youngest dancer at the age of 6 years and was a Fan and judge favorite on the 10 episode show making it to the top 3 Finalist (Season 1). Asia Monet showed she could hold her own on the stage being several years younger than the 15 competitors. In 2013, Ray was then offered to be on another Lifetime show ''Dance Moms'' The Elite Dance Company with Abby Lee Miller. After 9 undefeated solo performances and 21 episodes on season 3 of Dance Moms, Ray returned to LA focusing on home school, acting and vocal training. While still dancing, Asia Monet had several opportunities with music, television and commercial work. Asia Monet has appeared in the world wide Toyota commercial portraying her idol, Beyonce as "Little Beyonce." She has performed on the ''Kids Choice Awards'' during the opening performance 2014. Asia has been to South Korea, Australia and other travels to perform as a Guest Performer. Asia Monet has also appeared on the Maury Povich TV Show for the ''Top 10 Talent Kids'' of 2013, where she performed. During her travels and filming Asia Monet has photographed and interviewed for over 10 Magazine Cover and Feature layouts. In 2014 Asia Monet landed her Own Reality TV Show "Raising Asia" with 14 Episodes on Lifetime Network. While filming her own show, Asia continued to focus on her Music and Acting as the cameras followed her on becoming a triple threat. Her love, dedication and work ethic at such a young age is making Asia a force to be reckoned with! Asia Monet has performed two Live Concerts at Universal CityWalk Los Angeles with her own original R&B/Pop music self titled album. The album was released on Itunes in July 2014. Following the wrap of Raising Asia, Asia was excited to land a role in the Movie ''Sister Code'' as Young Lexi, along side Star, Amber Rose who plays the adult Lexi. Sister Code will be in theaters in April of 2015. November 2014 Asia released on iTunes and Vevo.com ''Christmas Time'' a Christmas single and music video that was a Hit which has a combined viewership of over 1 Million in 1 month! Asia's love for Dance, Singing and Acting, is unquestionable however she makes time for her little sister, Bella Blu who is 6 years old and her favorite hobbies- art,reading,riding her bike, shopping with her friends and studying about dogs. 2015 already looks like a great year for Miss Asia Monet as we see new project and new music in the works.
