Austin Nash Chase - Biography

Austin was born on St. Patrick's Day (17 March, 2003) in West Hills, California. He began acting at the age of 6 with his first job being for Mattel. Since then he has landed roles on shows such as NCIS: Los Angeles (2009), Community (2009) and most recently acting alongside Vince Vaughn in his role as Mikey on True Detective (2014). He has been in TV ad campaigns for Hyundai, Oscar Meyer, McDonalds, USAA Insurance and Jeep, to name a few. Austin loves to perform whether it is on stage, on camera or behind the mic. He currently voices Dave the Panda Bear in a preschool animated series for Sprout, called Ruff-Ruff Tweet and Dave (2015) and can also be heard as the voice of the lead Olly in the 3D animated feature film Dive Olly Dive and the Pirate Treasure (2014) opposite Mario Lopez and Courtney Lopez.
