Betsy Zajko - Biography

Guest Star, Masters of Sex (see videos); Staged Reading, Darkroom by George Brant. Betsy studied theater and dance at Columbia College, Chicago in a program lead by Sheldon Patinkin where she trained with incomparable teachers like Martin deMaat of Second City Chicago. Her early years as an actress were spent in Cleveland, Ohio, and Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania where she earned her Screen Actors Guild card by playing Bruce Willis' hotel clerk in Striking Distance. Theater credits include Steppenwolf, Trap Door, The Cleveland Playhouse, Rogue Machine, Boston Court, and Ensemble Theatre. She has earned awards and nominations in acting from the Jeff, Ovation, LA Drama Critics' Circle, as well as AP and Women in Journalism awards for producing and reporting for CBS and NPR affiliates.
