Born Bibi Nshimba on August 18th, 1976 in Kinshasa, Zaire now The Democratic Republic of Congo. She started performing in school plays from kindergarten through all of her school years in Central Africa until she moved to Hayward, California. Once in the States and while finishing high school, Bibi took a long break from performing so she could learn English. In 1999, she moved to Los Angeles to start her acting career. She studied acting at Los Angeles city college, then moved on to study at various Los Angeles Acting Studios. While she was studying acting, Bibi was able to book few print jobs and featured in some commercials. In 2003, she book her first acting job on the network TV show The Practice. Since then, Bibi has also booked a job on the network TV show NCIS, student films, and documentaries. Having a foreign accent has kept her from booking jobs, so she works with an accent reduction coach and is taking some broadcasting classes in hopes to work even more in the very near future. Bibi is the 6th of 9 children. She has 5 brothers and 3 sisters. She became a US Citizen in 2006 and she speaks French, Swahili, Lingala and now English. Bibi resides in Burbank, California and is still working on her acting career.
