Bill Kelly - Biography

Bill Kelly grew up in central Kentucky where he attended Eastern Kentucky University majoring in Broadcasting eventually landing in the world of radio as a DJ. Radio and the entertainment industry have played a key role in Bill's life for over 30 years. A natural performer since high school, Bill has acted in both theatre and radio plays since 1978. After moving to Florida in 1986, he made the transition to film in 2003 as a regular actor with the prestigious Florida State University College of Motion Picture Arts. Bill has had the lead or supporting actor roles in over 30 film productions with some earning a spot at film festivals all over the world...including The Cannes Film Festival in 2004 for his co-starring role in "The 17th Man". His first professional film role was as the character "Jim" in Michael Bay's 2012 release "Pain & Gain" and on television in two USA Network TV series...."Burn Notice" and "Graceland". Bill is shooting Season 2 of the hit Netflix series "Bloodline" alongside Emmy nominated actors Kyle Chandler and Ben Mendelsohn, and Oscar Winner Sissy Spacek. Season 2 is expected to air on Netflix in the Spring of 2016.
