Bille August - Biography

Bille August was born on November 9, 1948 in Brede, Denmark. He is a director and writer, known for La maison aux esprits (1993), Pelle le conquérant (1987) and Les misérables (1998). He is married to Sara-Marie Maltha. He was previously married to Pernilla August, Annie Munksgaard and Masja Dessau.
