Brett Alan Bentman is a screenwriter and director originally from New Jersey. His love of independent film brought him to Texas where he founded his own production company, Circus Wheel Productions. His early work, mostly short film, won him several awards across the national festival circuit and in 2013 allowed him to begin writing and directing his own feature films. In 2013, Brett wrote the psychological thriller, Element, which he also helped produce, and since then has written and directed two more feature films, Kreep and Pale. Brett has been the recipient of the Best Texas Director award in both 2014 and 2015.
