Bryce Lee Townsend - Biography

Bryce Lee Townsend was born & raised in Santa Fe, New Mexico. He spent summers in high school training at the American Conservatory Theater in San Francisco. He graduated from the Boston University School of Theater with a BFA in Theater Arts/Acting, & also received a Diploma in Classical Acting from the London Academy of Music & Dramatic Art.

Stage credits include the title role in Hamlet at the MacOwan Theater in London, Nicholas Martin's production of Love's Labour's Lost at the Huntington Theater Company in Boston, & A Streetcar Named Desire at the New Repertory Theater in Boston.

He made his TV debut playing Elliot Hooks in GREY'S ANATOMY Season 10, Episode 12, "Get Up, Stand Up" opposite Chandra Wilson, directed by Tony Phelan. In Los Angeles, he has trained on camera with Philip Charles MacKenzie & Risa Bramon Garcia. He currently trains with Don K. Williams at the Art of Acting Studio. Additionally, he is currently writing a feature length original screenplay entitled RETURN, LOVE.
