Caitlin was born on the 17th of January 1996 in Englewood, New Jersey. She is a self-taught musician and loves to play jazz piano. Caitlin began acting in commercials at the age of 8 and landed a guest role appearance on Law & Order: SVU when she was 10 years old. She has performed alongside Patricia Clarkson and Elle Fanning in the feature film "Phoebe in Wonderland". Caitlin worked as the voice of "Dora the Explorer" on Nickelodeon from 2007 through 2012 and was nominated for two NAACP Image Awards for "Outstanding Performance in a Youth/Children's Program" and two Imagen Awards for "Best Television Actress" for her portrayal of the preschool icon. In addition, she has won numerous music awards for her prodigious talents as a jazz pianist and music composer, including the Yamaha Corporation's Young Composer's Award as well as the Tito Puente Scholarship Award.
