Candice was born in Atlanta, GA, but spent the first 7 years of her life in many places (in and out of the US) as an army brat. She then relocated back to the south, where she graduated from Druid Hills High School. She came to NYC when she was 17 and graduated from NYU's Tisch School of the Arts at age 20.
During her professional career, she helped found an independent theatre group, Flux Theatre Ensemble and co-wrote/co-produced the play 36:24:36, based on her and her castmates experiences with eating disorders.
Her goal is to create art that brings authenticity, intimacy and compassion back to humanity.
