Carolina Pampillo is a successful TV/film/theatre Latin actress with European looks and singer/songwriter, recently relocated to the US. Venezuelan born with European ancestry, she was raised in Buenos Aires Argentina where she developed her artistic career since a young age. She studied in an English school (speaks English with an European accent). Trained in martial arts, she's a black belt in Kung-Fu and was previously trained as a dancer, figure ice-skater, gymnastics and aerialist. She has parlayed her passion for performance into a commercially successful and critically acclaimed career with award nominations for musical theatre. Additionally, she's a stunt person and she has experience in motion capture and shooting on green screen. Carolina has worked on action feature film, numerous hit TV series, prime time series and soap operas like "Farsantes"(prime time soap opera), "Chiquititas" (7 Seasons children TV series), "Los Simuladores" (2 Seasons, Golden Martin Fierro Award), "Boyando" (Sit com), "Floricienta" (2 Season soap opera-comedy), "Pasaporte a la Fama" (TNT Latin America) and many others, having a big success in South America and Israel. Her work on films includes the leading role of Geminis in the action feature film "La Gran Sangre". She was invited to TV shows like "Showmatch" (Dancing with the stars) or Muchmusic (Latin America). She also modeled for major brands all over the world. Her work on stage, for which she has been nominated for ACE and Hugo Awards, includes leading roles as Inga in the Argentinean productions of Mel Brooks' "Young Frankenstein", "Dracula", "Jesus Christ Superstar" and "My Fair Lady". Also she was cast by Broadway directors for the Spanish version of "Mamma Mia". As a songwriter she produced her album "Sindhu Mantras" (availble on iTunes) and she's producing her new musical project under the name "Sindhu" produced by Canadian Tim Thorney. She currently lives in Los Angeles and she's been training at Ivana Chubbuck's acting studio in WeHo.
