Spending her early years in the Foster Care system, Cassidy joined her forever family by adoption at the age of 6 which changed her life dramatically. She started her career on the stage doing Musical Theatre, where she caught the acting bug. After a chance meeting with Ryan Gosling, she decided that her destiny was actually going to be as a film and television actress and she set out to find herself representation. Luckily for her, she was immediately signed and her journey began. Since then, Cassidy has enjoyed working has appeared in commercials, short and feature films and has had several co-star roles on television. She uses her past experiences to bring more depth to her performances.
Charity Work is very important to Cassidy. Cassidy is very passionate about what she believes in and is determined to give back to those who have and continue to believe in her. In November of 2012 she founded her own Non-Profit Organization Called "Love Gives Chances". Her goal is to empower Foster Youth and encourage them to find the courage to go after their dreams. At the same time letting the world know how incredible adopting a child from foster care can be, bringing hope to more children before they age out of the system.
