Chelsea Foster grew up in South East Pennsylvania with her parents and older brother. As a small child, she was constantly performing and putting on small vocal, dance or theatrical shows for any and everyone.
At the age of 3, she began taking dance lessons. For 15 years, she trained in ballet, tap, jazz and many other styles. As she grew older, Chelsea continued to developed her performance arts skills and starred in many school plays and musicals, sang lead vocals in a band and even dabbled in film by making small documentaries and music videos.
Chelsea took a slightly different path after high school when she attended the University of Richmond in Virginia. Here she gained a Business Administration degree with a concentration in marketing and a minor in dance. It was also at college where she met her husband, whom she now lives with along with their one dog.
After college, Chelsea reignited her passion for the arts while living in El Paso, TX. She began by acting in local short films and absolutely fell in love with film. Chelsea currently lives in the Washington DC area. She has been in several feature films and hopes her career will only continue to grow.
