Chelsea Vincent - Biography

Growing up between Houston, Texas, and southwest London, Chelsea acted and sang on stage in local theatre productions, pageants, fairs, and competitions. She later trained with the Royal Academy of the Dramatic Arts, and went on to receive her Bachelor of Fine Arts in Acting from Carnegie Mellon University in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. After recovering from an injury to her right Achilles at eighteen, Chelsea took her dance and martial arts training further, undertaking stunt training and receiving several fitness certifications.

Attended Foster High School in Richmond, Texas. Graduated from TASIS England in 2006.

Was a member of Model United Nations in high school, and traveled to Beijing, China, as a member of the newly-formed Youth Assembly, which submitted proposals to Kofi Annan.

Competed with the Texas Forensics Association and with the National Forensics League in high school.

Was named after Chelsea Girl, the United Kingdom's first fashion boutique chain. After her parents moved to Scotland for her father's U.S. Marine assignment, her mother grew fond of the name.

Has two younger siblings, Katelyn and Stephen, whom she is extremely close to.
