Chris Greene - Biography

Born on November 4th in Mount Vernon New York, Chris, like many Actors, found himself between homes at a very young age when his parents separated. Though this was a tough transition for him, Chris would find solace in music and begin to perform as a drummer in front of large groups of people via school bands. At school he had no problems being 'outspoken' and his teachers would label progress reports with "very talkative" and "loves to entertain". This however did not keep Chris from becoming a stand out student for the right reasons. Chris continued to play the drums throughout high school which earned him a music scholarship to attend Winston Salem State University in Winston Salem, North Carolina. It was at WSSU's neighboring college, The North Carolina School of the Arts, where Chris found his love for acting. His first gig was as a featured extra in the independent film Chicks 101 Directed by Lovinder Gill. Gill bumped Chris up from a background to a featured extra because of Chris' stand out personality and from that moment on Chris focused his attention on acting. Chris has appeared in everything from commercials to feature films and episodic television! Aside from spending time with his daughter, actress Zoé Greene, charity work is also apart of Chris' daily life. Chris produces and directs under his production company Detour Entertainment, LLC. as well as educates actors on the importance of having a positive life through his organization The LOAA, Life of an Actor.
