Chris Osborn - Biography

Chris Osborn is an actor, writer, director in Los Angeles, CA. Hailing from Texas, (El Paso then Austin), he is best known for his role as 'Rain Cloud' in the massive ensemble church childrens play "Rain Clouds" in which he dawned a black trash bag covered in cotton balls. He also holds the record for 'number of most improved citizen awards' at his old elementary school.
