Christopher Whitlow - Biography

Christopher trained at the Royal Academy of Dramatic Art and the Professional Actors Centre of London. He recently played the 'Paramedic' on the acclaimed BBC series 'Inside Number 9' by Reece Shearsmith and Steve Pemberton. Other recent credits include playing 'Marco' in the BAFTA award winning TV series 'REV.' directed by Peter Cattaneo and the character of 'Jimmy', a cool 60's rockabilly in the feature film 'Where I belong?.' Christopher is training towards the qualifying UK stunt register requirements having advanced skills in Horse riding, swimming and various forms of fighting; Intermediate skills in gymnastics, trampoline and climbing; basic skills in high board diving and motor cross. Christopher has gained a vast amount of on-set experience and training from some of the world's top stunt coordinators having worked as the double for Taylor Kitsch as 'John Carter' in 'John Carter of Mars' and Aaron Taylor-Johnson as 'Quicksilver' in 'Avengers: Age of Ultron'. In addition, he has worked as a core member of the 'SPACT' stunt teams on the films: 'Thor: The Dark World', 'Maleficent' and 'Guardians of the Galaxy'. Christopher's hobbies include surfing, kite surfing and sea kayaking in addition to his stunt training disciplines.
