A skilled trumpet player, Cindy performed with the World Champion Star of Indiana Drum & Bugle Corps and also later toured with Brass Theatre after Star left the DCI arena. She started her career on stage in a regional production of "The Music Man" where she played Winthrop Paroo at age 9. She continued to play musical theatre roles until her mid teens when she decided to study Shakespeare at the American Shakespeare Academy.
Trained as a serious actor, she finds she connects quicker and more easily with comedy. Most of her career has been performing as a sketch comedian, stand up comic (most notably for MTV's Rock the Vote Tour) and Improv actor studying at The Second City & Upright Citizens Brigade. She also teaches monologues and scene study to beginning actors in the greater Pittsburgh area.
Cindy resides in Pittsburgh, PA where she performs, teaches acting classes and workshops. She travels extensively to New York, Chicago and Los Angeles for work.
