Corinne Chooey - Biography

Corinne Chooey grew up in San Francisco where she was encouraged to develop her creativity through writing and performing. At the age of eleven, she started acting professionally in musical theatre and commercials. She later moved to Los Angeles to study acting and began honing her craft in local theatre productions.

One of Corinne's earliest on-camera jobs was as a series regular in SABAN Entertainment's kids show, VR Troopers. She has since gone on to appear in Michael Mann's Collateral, Comedy Central's Reno 911, and the world premiere production of The Body and Soul of a Chinese Woman, written by C.Y. Lee. She is currently a writer and performer for Cold Tofu Improv and enjoys collaborating with other new media creators. Her latest new media production, Umamiya, was showcased at the DIGITAS New Front presentation. Corinne is a proud member of the Actors Equity Association and SAG-AFTRA.

Corinne resides in Los Angeles.
