Since she was very young Daniela was interested in music and that is why she has decided to study in CEA de Televisa, but destiny has forced her to play in theatre and through theatre she has received some roles in telenovelas. The actress has participated in Un nuevo amanecer (1988), Mi segunda madre (1989), Días sin luna (1990) and _"Noveno mandamiento, El" (2000)_ amongst many others. Besides this she has recorded a musical disc "Junto A Ti" (With you) and appeared in "Viaje Directo al Infierno" (1989).
In 1997 Daniela received the award TV Novelas "best actress of year". And she made her public debut as a singer in the program "Cristina" on the 7th of December in 1998. Then she also announced about the dream to sing with her father and to devote this song to her mother.
Daniela has had two romances with celebrities: one with football program director Jprje Campos and another with the actor Raul Araiza. Now she is married to Gustavo Diaz Ordaz, grandson of the ex-president of Mexico. Their wedding was on the 19 of June of 1999.
