David Figlioli graduated with a Bachelor of Fine Arts from Wayne State University in Detroit, Michigan. He also attended the Second City Training Center and the Actors Center, both in Chicago, Illinois. His first acting gig was in a film short in 1999 and went on appear in several different television series and films. Some TV series appearances include Angel (1999), X Files: aux frontières du réel (1993), Star Trek: Enterprise (2001), Monk (2002), Numb3rs (2005) and Castle (2009). He is probably best recognized from the SyFy television movie Rock Monster (2008) in which he played the villain in control of the title creature.
