Diana Noris - Biography

Diana Laura was born in Puerto Rico and raised between Argentina and Puerto Rico. Diana Laura discovered a keen interest in performance dance and began her training at the prestigious Ballet of SanJuan in Puerto Rico where she learned ballet as well as other dance forms. Not only did her training provide an excellent outlet for the enthusiastic and energetic youngster, it would also prove to be a fortunate precursor for the start of her professional acting career. After receiving an offer to become a part of the "Mendoza National Ballet" in Argentina which she rejected, Diana Laura landed a role in the Spanish soap opera "Tiempo de Vivir" in Puerto Rico. This took her career to another level and she began performing in many Soap Operas, talk shows and Game shows in her native Puerto Rico. In 1996 she finally did the crossover and Debut to American TV she moved to New York where she began her studies at the prestigious Fashion Institute of Technology and completed her major in Fine Arts. She decided short after graduating to pursue her passion and enrolled herself at the "Stella Adler Acting Studio" in NYC. She received the news that she got selected to be one of the models of the popular shows Manswers from Spike TV, Fox Sports and Fashion Television & Fashion Review. Diana has been featured in Playboy magazine twice in the Vixen's Editions in years 2000 and 2002. She gained more notoriety with appearances on "The Howard Stern Show," which aired on television at night on E! Entertainment Television which lead her to host her own Radio show "Bunny Talk" (2008 -2010) where she interviewed fellow actors and models. Diana has graced the covers and pictorials of Magazines and Newspapers like "Maxim" 2002, "Vanidades" (2008), "Cosmopolitan" (2011), "Latinox" (2011), "Sun Sentinal" (2007), "Miami Herald"(2007), "HTM Magazine" (2010), "Guitar World" (2009), "Inside Celebrities" (2011), "Latin US" (2010 & 2011) and others. Her latest Projects include a variety of shows, movies and mini-series such as ABC's New series where she had a Guest spot "PanAm" (2011), Something About Mary (1998) Directed by Frank Beddor, "Bad Boys 2" Directed by Michael Bay (2003), "Fast and Furious" (2001), "Until the End" by Lifetime TV (2010) "Lead me On" Lifetime TV (201o), "Skum Rocks" a documentary narrated by Alice Cooper (To be released 2011), "Cuentos sin Hadas" directed by Sergio Briones and co-stars with Claudia Lopez, Chiquinquira Delgado, Elluz Peraza and a great cast.(2011), "The Adventures of Sam Savage" where she will play "Calamity", this project is Directed by Sean Patrick Hill and will include a Mini-series, comic books and a film(To be released 2011), short film "Quantum Savior" directed by Jonathan Vinazza in which she played a Psychiatrist. In which her team "Underlab" won best acting at the 48 hour Film Festival in Miami. Recently the Mainstream Movie "Iron Sky" Directed by Timo Vuorensola in which she will play "Katrina", this movie is an alternative story to the second World War and it expects to be released early 2012. Theatre is in her nearest future as she just accepted and offer to do Theatre in Spain with the great director Fernando Rodriguez in 2012 and also with the Chilean Actor Pippo Molina. Recently Diana has also been featured and interviewed in talk shows such as "Esta noche tu night" Mega TV with Alexis Valdes, "Arrebatados" America TV as Guest host with Maria Laria, "Pellizcame que estoy Sonando" America TV, "El Show de Cristina" Univision, "El show del Mediodia " Wapa TV and many more. She is currently in negotiations to get her own Talk Show, also in Pre-production of a Showtime new project, just filmed an Indie called "Strange Flesh"and currently in pre production of a film called "Caught in the Middle" which is about bullying. Diana has not only held her own in major motion picture productions but gained the respect and praise from industry insiders such as Steven Bauer, John Leussenhop, Michael Bay, Hart Baur , Jonathan Vinazza and Sean Patrick Hill.
