Eiko Ishioka was born on July 12, 1938 in Tokyo, Japan. She was a costume designer and production designer, known for Dracula (1992), Les immortels (2011) and The Cell (2000). She was married to Nico Soultanakis. She died on January 21, 2012 in Tokyo.
