Erika Ender - Biography

Singer, Songwriter, Actress, TV Celebrity and Producer.

As one of the top songwriters in the Latin American industry, Erika has songs recorded by stars such as Chayanne, Gloria Trevi, Luis Fonsi, Ednita Nazario, Gilberto Santa Rosa, Calibre 50 Ana Barbara, Victor Manuelle, Horoscopos de Durango, Milly Quezada, Lupita D Alessio, Elvis Crespo, Ha Ash, Malu, Luis Enrique, among many others.

Her singing career includes the albums: Abreme la Puerta, Cueste lo que Cueste, and En Concierto. Her hits Cheque Al Portador, Luna Nueva, Abreme la Puerta, Quien Sale No Entra, Masoquista and Sigo Caminando, have topped the charts in several countries allowing her to perform her music and showcase her authentic talent, as well as her charisma. Her music is the perfect mix of Brazilian and Latin rhythms, based on great melodies and smart lyrics. The flavor of South America is obvious in her rhythm, where Brazilian percussion is a must.

Beloved judge for the hit shows Idol Puerto Rico, Idol Kids Puerto Rico (latin version of the American Idol) and Vive La Musica in Panama, as well as Dimelo Bailando and Batalla de las Americas , in Miami, broadcast to all of Latin America.

Her face has appeared on channels such as Discovery (Iberoamerica), Mega TV (USA) and Wapa TV (Puerto Rico) as well as Telemetro, TVN and RPC in her native Panama, at the begining of her career.

As an actress participated in the movie Grampa (2006) along with Ruben Blades, Vanda Acuña, Fernando Arau, Johny Pacheco, Edgardo Franco, and other well known artists and actors in the entertainment industry. Her image has also been the perfect spokesperson and actress for brands such as Miami Herald, AmericaTel, Florida Lottery, MCI, Movistar, among others. In musical theatre she played the narrator for Joseph and the Amazing Technicolor Dreamcoat, in a spanish version.

Her TV Production company co produces the TV Shows La Cuerda and Vital (Mundo Fox USA).
