Born in the small town of Stockbridge, Massachusetts.
Ethan at age 12 learned to channel his blood's desire for risk into expression of character in his first professional board walk with Cicely Tyson and Hector Elizondo in The Berkshire Theatre Festival's, The Rose Tattoo. Interlochen Arts Academy, The London Academy of Music and Dramatic Art and a brief stint at Carnegie Mellon University started his training.
He has worked extensively on stage, film and television in Europe (mainly the UK) and the US.
His first film role was in the cult classic Mallrats, by Kevin Smith.
His first lead role in a feature was playing Duke Evans in Dragon Day, a film about saving the United States from a devastating Chines Cyber attack.
A lover and protector of animals, Ethan lives in Los Angeles.
