Frank Modica was born in Brooklyn, New York. the son of Frank Modica Sr. who is known for singing Al Jolson music.
Frank had a deep interest in Acting for a young age and was in two college short films back in the late 2000's, Frank began acting workshops in Philadelphia in 2014.
His passion,drive and focus has bought him to be part of some large movie and television productions, such as Fox TV's Gotham and HBO Vinyl (Martin Scorsese-Mick Jagger). Frank entered into the Gotham Television Series in episode 8 as a background detective. Since that episode Gotham has made Frank a core character as a Gotham City Detective for the rest of season 2. Frank has enjoyed being in indie films such as The Streetz, where he plays a doctor and the movie Higher Education where he plays a Police Officer. Frank has other recent roles in other films such as the movie John Wick II with Keanu Reeves and the movie Blind with Alec Baldwin, Demi Moore and Dylan McDermott. Also he has been in other films such as The Listing .
