Gabrielle Trudel was born in 2003 in Halifax, Nova Scotia, Canada. Gabrielle began her acting career at the age of eleven and has recently been cast in principle roles on the TV series Haven (2015) and Lizzie Borden Chronicles (2015). Gabrielle also appears as an "80's kid" in the CBC Doc Zone documentary "A TV Renaissance" (2015) along with her younger sister Isabelle.
Aside from acting, Gabrielle has been attending dance classes since the age of three, studying mainly ballet, jazz, and tap, but has performed musical theatre numbers in dance competitions. She is also on a swim team, the school volleyball team, and has her green belt in Aikido. Gabrielle joined the school Drama club in 2014 and was cast in the lead role of Dorothy in an adapted version of the Wizard of OZ. Gabrielle also plays the violin and guitar and is fluent in both English and French.
