Galadriel Stineman was raised an only child in Northern Kentucky, near Cincinnati, Ohio. As a kid, she was a voracious reader, accomplished horseback rider and active member of 4-H Club. She began acting for fun in kindergarten, taking lots of classes and performing in school and community productions.
Galadriel graduated from Newport Central Catholic High School and then went on to Northern Kentucky University. A very involved undergrad, she was president of Delta Zeta sorority, vice president of student government and named "Outstanding Senior of the Year". It was during her time at NKU that she became involved in student films and eventually signed with a couple local talent agencies to pick up extra money.
After college, Galadriel moved to Los Angeles and slowly began booking roles in film, TV, and commercials. Her first jobs included indie film "Junkyard Dog", a recurring role on "True Blood," and Cartoon Network's live action movie "Ben 10: Alien Swarm", as action hero Gwen Tennyson.
More recently, Galadriel has become known for her role as Cassidy Finch, Axl's braniac tutor-turned-girlfriend on ABC's "The Middle." Other appearances include "Shameless", "Bones", "Good Luck Charlie", "Austin & Ally", "Glee" and several television movies.
Galadriel is a graduate of Upright Citizens Brigade improv program. She coaches actors at The Michael Woolson Studio, where she has also been a student for several years.
