Garrett Black - Biography

Born in Mission, British Columbia, Canada Garrett Black attended Heritage Park Secondary School as the eldest of three siblings. Following high school, Garrett accepted a scholarship to study acting at York University in Toronto. After his time there, Black packed his bags and moved out west to Vancouver to pursue his acting career. Since then, he has appeared on FOX's "Backstrom" and "Fringe", ABC's"Once Upon a Time in Wonderland", CW's "Supernatural" and "Arrow" and had a recurring role on TLC's "Untold Stories of the ER" and Hallmark's "Cedar Cove". In 2014 he starred in the UpTV movie "The Town That Came A-Courtin'" alongside Lauren Holly and Valerie Harper. In 2015 Black starred opposite Kirsten Prout & Tiera Skovbye in Terry Miles' "Even Lambs Have Teeth". Black has begun to carve out a niche for himself as an intense and imaginative performer. In addition to acting, Garrett produces and writes for projects of his own and enjoys playing the guitar. He now spends his time in Vancouver.
