Gigi Garner is the daughter of Hollywood icon James Garner. She went to Westlake School for Girls (now Harvard-Westlake) and then attended USC Film School. She studied films of the The Third Reich for a semester in Wiesbaden and Munich and even worked at CAA for a stint.
She made her TV debut on Ralph Edwards's TV program, "This Is Your Life" as an infant. In 1988, Ms. Garner was chosen by the Hollywood Foreign Press to be "Miss Golden Globe".
She has been a recording artist in Europe, was a hostess on a Thames television show and appeared on various others in the US, UK and Germany.
She has also been a "real" licensed private investigator in the state of Tennessee, a print model, a commercial spokesperson, written three #1 songs, authored two books, The Cop Cookbook and Girl Talk and handcrafted jewelry for many major TV shows and celebrities.
In support of actors and in honor of her father's profession, she runs her own successful talent management business, Gigi Garner Management. She has been able to place her actors on a great many of the top rated TV shows in "Guest Starring", "Recurring" and even series regular roles.
She is gearing up to continue her father's production legacy, through his legendary brand Cherokee Productions, which is responsible for various well-known films and of course, "The Rockford Files."
