Gina Nemo - Biography

Born in New York and raised in Los Angeles, actress, musician and entertainment executive Gina Nemo made her first foray into television in commercials when she was a child. She appeared on television years later with the award winning role of Dorothy Pezzino in the hit Fox television series "21 Jump Street." As the daughter of well known Jazz Composer Henry Nemo, she always had a love for music. She later produced compositions and themes for indie films, studio marketing campaigns and TV networks (ABC's The Extremist's, Between The Sheets & MGM's Stargate DVD releases). Songs from her album "Plastic Wonderland" can also be heard playing currently on all of the MGM DVD releases for the series "Stargate SG-1." Nemo went on to become a Marketing Executive for major music companies and labels. Launching the careers of new and high profile talent on Universal Records and also Sony/Epic. She eventually became an independent Publicist for major acts. She is a Singer, Photographer, Writer and Marketing Consultant for Entertainment based companies, music labels, small businesses and artists. She also co-owns a television marketing and music production co. The marketing company is responsible for major television and theatrical marketing campaigns for various studios including Sony Entertainment. Nemo currently resides in California with her husband and two children.
