Gloria Sheppard, born and raised a country girl in the Arizona desert, is a mother of two, and advocate for family restoration and life recovery. Having an education in psychology, accompanied by big faith, and a fantastic family and community support system, Glo continues to step up and out, shining her light into the darkest places as a humanitarian and advocate for the lost and hurting. Because she naturally glows with exuberance for life, she was given the nickname of "Glo". When not working on her organization that brings support to adoption/foster/homeless youth, she is counseling and mentoring. Glo has been published for poetry, and has completed one of a three part novel series - a supernatural suspense thriller - that she will submit for publishing in 2017. Having worked in the modeling industry for the past four years in indoor/outdoor/fashion/abstract/commercial shoots, including private designer labels and fashion shows, Glo was invited to test her skills in acting in local independent films and commercials - where her new love of acting was born.
