Gregg was born in London, England, where he attended Highgate School. Gregg made his acting debut in 2002, with the mini-series Docteur Jivago (2002). Gregg played the lead role, Will Wagner, in the Disney Channel Original movie Avalon High, Un Amour Légendaire (2010), which premiered on November 12th, 2010. He also appeared as Alex Russo's werewolf boyfriend, Mason Greyback, on the Disney Channel Original series Les sorciers de Waverly Place (2007) & ABC Family's Melissa & Joey (2010). He has two feature films in post-production; "Camilla Dickinson" and White Frog (2012). Sulkin received the "Rising Star Award" at the Hawaii International Film Festival 2011 in Honolulu.
