Haidyn Janae' Harvey was born in Pueblo, Colorado on April 5th 1997. The youngest of three, Haidyn is the aunt of 6 nieces and nephews. She began performing at the age of 3 in a local song and dance troupe. Wanting to continue to perform she began taking acting classes at 9 years old and after 2 months she had the opportunity to audition for a short indie in Los Angeles called "The Blackness". She landed the lead role as the "Little Girl". Within the next year Haidyn began to film often. She then received the role of "Dancing Katie" in "I Sell the Dead" with Ron Pearlman and Dominic Monaghan. She traveled to NYC for the first time to film. Since then she has continued to act in such projects as Nickelodeon's Big Green Help "Grow it Green" and the pilot "Traffic Light" along with several feature films to her credit. She has filmed in NYC, Indiana, California and Denver.
Haidyn has an organization called Give Hope a Chance. She started this in 5th grade. Through fund raisers she raises money to help the children in Sudan and Uganda. Recently the organization raised enough money to send over 100 children to school in Uganda. She also helps run The Denver Shoe Crew, an organization that collects new shoes for the less fortunate children.
Haidyn love attending concerts and has an eclectic taste in music from Led Zeppelin to The Airborne Toxic Event, from Keith Urban to The Lumineers and the Christian band 10th Avenue North. When not filming, you can find Haidyn outdoors, hiking, fishing and boating. She enjoys traveling back and forth to L.A. and NYC and hopes someday to be working in either and/or both.
