Hamilton Mitchell is an actor and writer, known for Caddyshack (1980), a Series Regular on Ned's Declassified (2004-present, check your local listings)and Recurring as Bill Haggerty, The Town Historian on Parks & Recreation (returning as guest star in 2015). Other credits include Clark Gregg's feature Trust Me, Modern Family and Saturday Night Live. Hamilton studied with Stella Adler, The American Conservatory Theater, Second City and Cambridge University in England. He was the Commencement Speaker and named the Outstanding Graduate. He also won Best Screenplay of the Year from Creative Screenwriting Magazine in the comedy genre.
