As Senior Vice President of MGM's Kirk Kerkorian's Lincy Foundation, Mr. Sassounian supervised significant infrastructure projects in Armenia.
He has been involved in international diplomacy for several decades as a specialist on the Middle East, particularly on the Arab-Israeli conflict, the Armenian Genocide, and Turkey-Azerbaijan issues.
He has a Master's degree in International Affairs, a Certificate in Middle East Studies from Columbia University in New York, and an MBA from Pepperdine University in Los Angeles.
Mr. Sassounian speaks fluent English, Armenian, French, Arabic and Turkish.
