Heidi Hite - Biography

Heidi Elizabeth Hite was born in Houston, Texas where she attended St. Agnes Academy before going onto graduate with a Business Degree from Regis University in Denver, CO. Her parents realized at a very young age Heidi was quite the dare devil. Unlike her two older sisters who loved playing inside, Heidi loved to roam outside and play any sport available. When she was 11 years old her two brothers joined The Young Brothers Tae Kwon Do, so of course so did Heidi. By age 14 she received her first black belt, won Nationals and went on to win a bronze at the Tae Kwon Do Junior Olympics in sparring. Heidi appeared in The Hot Flashes (2013), opposite of Brooke Shields, Wanda Sykes and Daryl Hannah. Heidi is currently co-starring in an action packed Kung Fu film, Chinaman Wu-Ping: Stranger Out of Canton, and a lead in the short film, Since 1969, both set to release in 2016.
