Helen Colliander was born in Berkeley, California and lives in Vancouver, British Columbia. Prior to moving to Vancouver she lived in Toronto, Ontario. Helen's interest in acting began at an early age. She started acting professionally at 10 and has played a range of roles, from inspiring daughter to witty niece to the girl next door, and from hero to victim to villain.
Helen is described as having a maturity and professionalism beyond her years. She loves meeting people and discussing ideas and world views. Off set, Helen enjoys school, writing scripts, rock climbing, and being an older sister.
