Isabella Amara - Biography

Isabella Amara, an actress and vocalist, was born in Atlanta, Georgia on October 9, 1998. Isabella was exposed to the performing arts beginning at infancy with her father being a lead singer in rock bands. Her love for singing was channeled towards musical theatre at age four by her preschool music teacher. During early elementary school, Isabella's love for acting was discovered and nurtured in weekly drama classes at school. Isabella captured lead roles in community theatre and performed with national tours as a kid actor. She transitioned to film and television acting at age ten training in Atlanta, New York and Los Angeles while acting in independent films including the 48 Hour Film Festival she loves. Joyful Noise (2012) was her debut feature film starring Dolly Parton, Jeremy Jordan and Queen Latifah. In 2015, Isabella portrayed the role of 15 year old Michelle Darnell in the feature film, Michelle Darnell (2016) starring Melissa McCarthy and directed by Ben Falcone.

Isabella attended a performing arts high school focusing on vocals and acting. A classically trained vocalist, Isabella has expanded her music performing around Atlanta as a lead singer for a rock band featuring many classic rock tunes. She continues to train with vocal stylist coach for recording artists in the pop genre too. Her love for singing is matched with her passion for acting.
