James Francis Neate is a Canadian/American actor born in Vancouver, BC.
James has studied under William Esper, Sheila Gray, Bob Krakower, and Terry Schrieber in New York City. As well as Alan Barton of the Beverly Hills Playhouse in Los Angeles.
He can be seen in ABC's Motive as well as ABC Family's Pretty Little Liars. James can also be seen in Twentieth Century Fox's Night at the Museum 3 opposite Owen Wilson and Steve Coogan. James plays the recurring character Chris in the CW's hit show The 100
