Janet Tamaro - Biography

Janet Tamaro was a television correspondent and an author before becoming a screenwriter in 2000. She covered national news for ABC News among other news outlets and was based in New York, Washington, D.C. and Los Angeles. Tamaro also reported and produced investigative stories for long-form newsmagazine shows and won several journalism awards for her work. Tamaro has a B.A. from Berkeley and an M.S. in Journalism from Columbia University. She is married to producer/director, Steve Natt. They have two daughters.
