Jennifer Esposito - Biography

Jennifer Esposito was born on April 19, 1973 in Brooklyn, New York, to Phyllis, an interior decorator, and Robert Esposito, a computer consultant and music producer.

Esposito launched her career with an appearance on New York - Police judiciaire (1990) in 1996. She went on to play the character of "Stacey Paterno" in 36 episodes on the hit TV series, Spin City (1996), starring alongside Michael J. Fox.

Her first major film was Spike Lee's Summer of Sam (1999). Other famous film credits include the academy award-winning film, Collision (2004), and Souviens-toi... l'été dernier 2 (1998).

Starting in 2010, she played the role of "Jackie Curatola" in the smash hit television series, Blue Bloods (2010), also starring Tom Selleck, Donnie Wahlberg, Bridget Moynahan and Will Estes. She left the cast a few years later, when her celiac disease began to conflict with her work and CBS dropped her.

Esposito married the then-little known but now superstar Bradley Cooper in 2006, but they divorced in 2007.
