Joanna Ellenbeck is an actress that has served in both Afghanistan and Iraq at the age of 18. She served honorably, receiving many overseas awards, before finishing her contract and moving to Los Angeles, California in 2010.
She was born in Texas, and raised in Southern Oregon with her two younger sisters and aspired to work in film and television since she was a child. Her hobbies include, horsemanship, gunman-ship, and scuba diving.
Joanna moved to L.A. in December 2010 and used her military benefits to put herself through film school. She graduated in June 2012 with honors in film directing. Her work has appeared in The Canadian Int'l Film Festival, The New Zealand Int'l Film Festival, National NFL Commercials, Phoenix Film Festival, Int'l Horror Sci Fi Film Festival, Boston Science Fiction Film Festival and many other numerous independent projects.
